38 Years of
Family, Farm & Hospitality
Since 1988, the Ouan family has been welcoming guests to a corner of Quezon where time slows down, food tastes like home, and every guest is treated like family.
Our Heritage
The Story So Far
History
Ouan’s Worth Farm and Family Resort is a family-owned destination that began as a private rest house and farm in 1988. What started as a quiet weekend retreat for the Ouan family and their closest friends slowly grew into something much larger — a place where strangers became guests, and guests became family. Over the decades, the property expanded from a small farm with a handful of fruit trees into a full-service resort, all while staying true to its roots: honest hospitality, fresh food from the land, and the belief that the best memories are made around a shared table.
The Resort
The transition from a private sanctuary to a public resort was a natural evolution. As word spread about the quiet, green oasis just outside Lucena, more and more people asked to visit. The family opened their gates and never looked back. Today, Ouan’s Farm Resort offers comfortable accommodations, swimming pools for all ages, event spaces for celebrations big and small, and acres of open green space where guests can breathe, play, and recharge. Through every expansion, one thing has remained constant: the feeling that you’re not at a resort — you’re at home.
Lucita’s Restaurant
Named after the family matriarch, Lucita’s Restaurant is the heart of the resort’s culinary experience. Serving honest Filipino comfort food made from farm-fresh ingredients, the restaurant has become a destination in its own right. The mushroom dishes — grown right on the property — are the house specialty, drawing visitors from across Quezon and beyond. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Lucita’s embodies the family’s belief that the best meals are simple, shared, and made with love.
Delta Pickleball Courts
Bringing energy and community to the resort, Delta Pickleball Courts represent Ouan’s commitment to offering diverse experiences for every guest. With one indoor VIP court, four covered courts, and three outdoor courts, the facility caters to casual players, competitive athletes, and everyone in between. Regular open-play sessions, club meets, and tournament brackets have made Delta a hub for the growing pickleball community in Quezon Province — and a unique reason to visit the farm resort.
Grandpa’s Farm
Returning to our core roots, Grandpa’s Farm is where the Ouan’s story began — and where it continues to grow. More than just a tourist attraction, the farm is a working agricultural space that supplies Lucita’s Restaurant with fresh produce while giving guests a hands-on connection to the land. From animal petting and farm tours to bonfire nights and pick-and-pay harvests, Grandpa’s Farm is a living classroom, a playground, and a peaceful retreat all in one. It’s the soul of the resort, and we invite you to come dig in.
Why Ouan's?
What Makes Us Different
Family-Run, Always
Three generations of the Ouan family have shaped this resort. We don't have a corporate board — we have Lola's recipes, Tito's farm wisdom, and cousins who double as event coordinators on weekends.
Grounded in Place
Everything at Ouan's comes from the ground up. The mushrooms in your pasta were grown 200 meters from your table. The shade you're sitting under was planted before most of our guests were born. We don't build around nature — we build with it.
Hospitality Without Performance
You won't find a welcome champagne or a bellhop here. What you will find is a genuine smile, a staff who remembers your coffee order, and a pace of life that lets you actually rest. We treat you the way we treat family — because that's what our guests become.
